Privacy Notice
How Joe Starcher Funding handles information submitted through JoeStarcherFunding.com.
Information collected
Forms may collect your name, phone, email, business details, revenue ranges, estimated credit range, requested funding amount, property information, liquidity, investment experience, and other details you choose to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, full bank-account numbers, card information, or bank credentials through general website forms.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, organize a preliminary funding review, identify possible funding paths, maintain submission records, prevent abuse, and support the next step you request. A website review is not an approval or underwriting decision.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, and actions such as application-link clicks. Google may set or read analytics cookies or similar identifiers. You can limit cookies through your browser or use Google's analytics opt-out tools.
Service providers and partners
Hosting, email-delivery, security, and analytics providers may process information as needed to operate the site. Information is not automatically sent to a lender from Joe's review forms. When you choose an external application or referral link, that provider's privacy notice and application process apply.
Storage and retention
Form submissions and delivery records may be stored in access-restricted website logs and email systems. Records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last activity, then deleted unless a longer period is reasonably needed for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or active business purposes.
Security and your choices
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Joe Starcher Funding does not sell personal information. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question, text Joe at (872) 228-5250. Identity verification may be required.
